The spree-er stated three points, in which, she feels I deserved the negative feedback.

3) Items not received

After the topup, she replied that she will mail out my items on 15/12/08 and I emailed her to enquire again on 18/12/08 as I did not receive the items. She replied that the items were mailed out and "I SHOULD BE GETTING IT SOON" And its 23/12/08 today, and the items were still MIA. p/s: I have already received items from other 3 sprees whereby the spree organisers mailed out later than she does.

I paid the $0.20 myself to have the Singpost staff stamped the Certificate of Posting..

Its rather unfair for me or my spree-ers who see this feedback and feel that I'm responsible for the lost mail, or that I did not mail it out when I have the Certificate of Posting..
